The interview was to be a change manager to help improve their company culture. The interviewer was late to the interview but told me I would be informed of the outcome within two weeks. Six weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I reached out and was told they were still reviewing the results of the interviews, so I withdrew from the process.
