All day long. Basically engineered to try and break you confirmed by staff you met who already worked there. Multiple tests to get there, more tests when you first got there followed by 1:1s, a simulated meeting, redesigning a production schedule and very intense questioning.

Giving a lot of information on the factory and asked to rearrange the production schedule.
Standard application form, then situational judgement and behavioural questions, also then numerical questions, next stage is pre-recorded interview questions done with web camera, and finally a virtual assessment in small groups
