I applied online via their website - I then got a pre-screening call, first stage interview with 3 of the senior solicitors and then a final stage at their offices in Coventry with 2 senior solicitors and Head of Legal. They made me an offer but it was less than what I was on at the time and they wanted me 5 days a week in Coventry with no flexibility whatsoever. They pay poor and don't trust you either. Glad I didn't take it as they would have probably got rid of me when Covid came to try and save costs.
