The job posting I applied to was in Indeed, and it asked for only 1 year of related experience, so I applied. A month later, they sent an interview invitation that came with a job description with the same role name, but now it mysteriously asked for 3+ years of experience, and the responsibilities have become way broader. I sent them an email asking about that, thinking I might be able to get an answer because they said "Let me know if you have any questions", and they never did reply even after a follow-up. So I figured, I could just ask directly in the first interview. And then they don't show up for the interview, for the whole 30 minutes scheduled. I think the Recruitment Specialist just wanted to clock in hours or something by scheduling an interview, because it was strange enough that I was invited to the interview, given that if the new job description was accurate, I would have been very underqualified. And of course, I don't receive news on what may have happened, and no requests to reschedule. Consider before you apply that they might just waste your time.
