I had my resume forwarded over to JIT by an acquaintance working there as a customer service representative. Within a few weeks they contacted me and ask if I was still interested in the position, and after saying yes, an onsite interview was set. The interview were mostly generic questions. They mostly want to see if you are competent and present yourself confidently. If they like you an offer is almost always given after the interview. No real room for negotiating pay wages.
