Really BAD! They have ZERO respect for the candidate's time or effort. Between some of the interviews, they disappeared for 2 weeks with no communication. No sync between the recuiter<>coordinator which leads to situations where the coordinator provides you with unfiltered feedback about the interview, and a week after you get a call from HR unknowingly on the same topic. They decide on the interview process after every interview, so sometimes an interview will end and the interviewer will announce you have one more stage and then one more assignment(!).
