I was interviewed by a two-member panel and was asked a variety of questions pertaining to experience, education and knowledge of the University. The panel was engaging, warm set a nice tone for the interview. The questions that were asked were fairly easy to answer, Overall, I found the interview to be positive and would apply to openings in the future.

Total process about 4 weeks. I interviewed with two people who were friendly and made me feel at ease quickly. Standard interview questions. During the interview, I sensed there was unhappiness and frustration with the university. A lot of changes were in progress that they didn't seem too happy about. The interviewers seemed exasperated and didn't do a great job of selling the university. I really felt for them and thought I could still be a happy employee there, until they made me an offer that I passed on.
