Interviewed with a senior corporate guy from Canada. Spent an hour with him discussing how important safety is. He had decapitated the previous leadership team and was rebuilding the factory. He told me that if things were not being done right that he expected me to call OSHA and report the company. Well that concept left when he went back to Canada. The new leadership team is not that interested in safety.
