Typical interview questions of why they should hire you, what assets/skills do you possess, availability hours, etc. It was a 45 minute interview, and the interviewer was kind and friendly!

First Interview is via Hireview, web services. I felt very awkward answering the questions this way but none the less I still received a call for in person interview. The interview went well, and they also make you take a test that covers chemistry and geometry and a wrriting sample. Then I got called for a second interview and I thought that went well but no call back. After a week I followed up to see if they had hired anyone and I never received a response from HR which was very unprofessional. I dont know if they just like to interview people here or what the deal is but I see that they keep posting the same positions over and over.

The interview was a little awkward being that it was an online interview where you are pretty much talking to yourself in a webcam with timed questions. Questions are not that difficult. Conducting an interview in your house is weird and made the whole thing seem like a joke. Much rather interview in person. It has been a month or so since interviewing and I still have not heard a word from them.
