It was an internal interview and the process was well for the most part. My current manager at the time did not handle it very professionally but the HR/Recruiter teams were very efficient. I found out several weeks after the interviews that I was their first choice but they couldn't pay me the salary I was already making at the time (for the same level) because the previous EA didn't make that much in her new role with the team. I'm not sure how she would've ever known my salary or why they bothered to interview me if they knew they couldn't match my current salary.

Entrevista
Quick response, and overall pleasant interview. Initial interview was via a phone call with the recruiter. That went well, and I have a second interview with the district manager in two days
