Hiring manager interview was scheduled for 30 minutes! Yes, 30minutes and it was a first round. The hiring manager didn’t seem to be serious about hiring anyone except someone else he had in his mind already. Just trying to fill the numbers to show they’ve interviewed handful to recruit their desired candidate. I can say this from the way he acted during the time. So much carelessness, so much of sarcasm. His sarcasm level was too obvious when I said yes I have couple questions when he asked me do I have any questions for him? His expression was like and indeed he said it out loud that “oh a couple?” 😏
