I got a call about a month after I applied online, we set up an appt for the next day. She was very nice and professional. She asked me a few questions and then told me what job she had me in mind for, described it briefly, and offered me the job on the spot.
Group interview w/ scenarios about customer service situations. Answer questions about what you would do in a given situation, including how to de-escalate situations and solve problems. You will get a call back within a week if you got the position or not.

Entrevista
The interview process is very simple. Was hired on as a seasonal employee and was part of a group interview. Very relaxed interview, everyone was nice and on time. Was then interviewed by manager after the group interview.
The interview was conducted in a group setting. All the questions were pretty generic. The interview altogether was comfortable. I was offered a position the same day and started soon after.
