Filled out an application online and three days later, I got called in for an interview. Went in for the interview on a Friday and it turned out to be a group interview of about 12 people. First, we played this block game and then afterwards about 6 people were eliminated. I along with the other 5 people stayed behind for further questioning. We were told to wait for the background check to come back clear so we can be offered a position. It has been two weeks now and I still have not receive no call.

It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position

Interview process went smoothly. Asked behavioral questions and situational questions that catered to how you deal with a variety of customer personalities. Also asked about previous employment roles. Offered a job on the first interview.
