The interview process was flawless. It was not a scripted interview like most companies nowadays do. They wanted to know me, and what I can bring to the table. I really believe that's how interviews should be conducted.

Begin with a talent management consultant who was thorough and highly responsive. Processed glided to the DM and RVP to follow. Everyone in the process was informative, kind, and welcoming with tons of knowledge around the business and retail in general. Awesome process!
