A quick interview with everyone lining up in the back of the store. Easy questions like why do you want to work here? or what products do you know that we carry in the store?
Group interview w/ scenarios about customer service situations. Answer questions about what you would do in a given situation, including how to de-escalate situations and solve problems. You will get a call back within a week if you got the position or not.

Entrevista
The interview process is very simple. Was hired on as a seasonal employee and was part of a group interview. Very relaxed interview, everyone was nice and on time. Was then interviewed by manager after the group interview.
The interview was conducted in a group setting. All the questions were pretty generic. The interview altogether was comfortable. I was offered a position the same day and started soon after.
