I was recruited in linked in and had my first interview at my base store with the sales consultant manager. It was a standard interview where she spoke broadly about the position, Day to day activities and responsibilities of a consultant. After the interview she says she will be in touch to schedule my next Interview with more managers. The next day I send a Thank You email and an hour later received a job offer email.
