3 phone interview; two with people within the finance department and one with HR. Not very many behavioral questions. It was focused more on my skills as a student and a leader at my university.

Very expedited. A series of phone interviews with Recruiter, Financial Directors, and an HR representative. Phone interviews were very enjoyable, conversations were personality and experience driven. Also, interviewers were very open to questions and provided detailed feedback for concerns or inquiries.
