Telephonic round it was worst he is not at all interested to ask questions I guess just for one restful response type I missed to say he concluded that I'm not suitable for job, how can he will assess my programing skills just with one syntactic question. And all his questions are open so there's no way we can find what he's expecting as we cannot see his expressions.
