Entrevista
Was contacted within three days of applying online for an interview. Came in and was interviewed by the (at the time) Assistant Store Manager (JCP has since changed their store management names). He was on time and very polite. The questions were the basic ones - "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" "What do you like about JCP", etc, etc. I only interviewed once before being offered the position. Typically, people are interviewed twice, but the store manager was busy and didn't feel the need to interview me.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Entrevista
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
