I was contacted by a recruiter who came across my resume online. After a few short questions and a brief description of the positions, she set me up with a phone interview about a week later. Recruiter gave me a call on the agreed upon date to conduct the phone interview. Started off fairly easy with general questions about experience, salary preference, etc. Then, the interviewer got into 4 behavioral based questions, expected to be answered using the STAR format. Total interview time was about 30 minutes. I was told at the end of the interview that I would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours with a decision. Have not yet been contacted.
