The process was much calmer and faster than i expected. The staff were very welcoming, and the activities were not overly exhausting. Most group activities/ presentations appear daunting on paper, but the staff were very helpful.

There was an individual interview, a presentation about something you were proud of or had worked on and group work activitity where they assessed team working skills and communication skills
Video interview followed by aptitude tests. Asked typical questions like a time I’ve shown resilience, my interest in the company, an innovative solution to a problem that I’ve used. General games assessing numerical ability
