There are three rounds in this process .
The first one is aptitude test . Those who clear the aptitude test they have second round of interview. The second round is technical . And the last third round is with HR.

Entrevista
It was a 45 minutes interview and there were 3 interviewers in the panel. Questions were 90% technical and 10% HR. Technical questions were asked from subjects- IC engines and Automobile Engg.

3-step selection process 1. Technical and general aptitude test 2. Group discussion on current topics like climate change, Electric drive future, etc. 3. Interview: Major focus on technical knowledge like from favorite subject then some general questions from other subjects, Internship related questions. HR round: about family, background, etc.
