It was a brief (30 minutes) phone screening; it was arranged after I applied for the position. There were 2 people on the call, but only 1 introduced them self at the start. Both parties seemed unaware of my background, in fact I was told at the start that they hadn’t read my resume. I like to think that my time is valuable too.
