Was contacted within 4 days of submitting my application. JBS offered to do a phone interview since I hadn't moved back to CO yet. Phone interview was rescheduled once. HR seemed really on top of the whole process. Interview was really weird and hiring manager seemed unprepared. Hiring manager was relatively new and implied that I was overqualified for the position.
