Awful - avoid at all costs! I was ghosted after an in-person interview where I was told I could expect to hear back within a few days. I followed up a week later to ask for feedback and it took a further 4 days to receive a generic thanks but no thanks email. If it's taking longer than expected to make a decision, it just takes a quick email to let candidates know this.
