First round interview by HR. Took about half an hour and HR lady was pretty nice and went through my previous experience and educations. Waited for about a week, HR came back said hiring manager need to hire a more senior level candidate and rejected me. Next day, I did saw a senior Equipment Mechanical Engineer position posted. But a month later, senior position post was rescinded and that junior/mid level Equipment Mechanical Engineer position was posted again. The hiring process of this company is incompetent. Please don't fool candidates who lost their jobs during pandemic.
