The hiring process took about one month. They reached out to me via LinkedIn, and I had a phone interview followed by a virtual interview a couple of weeks later. After that, I sent a couple of follow-up emails to the hiring team but no one bothered to respond—not even a quick note to let me know whether I was selected or not. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. The interview process reflects a lot about a company’s culture and based on this experience, I would never apply for any position at this firm again.
