Had one round of interviews with 3 panelists. Straight forward. There was a technical test prior to the interviews. The questions were easy to answer and it was a virtual interview.

How will you describe randomized control trials to someone?
J-PAL process include two technical interviews, a conversation with pairs, and a task (in R) relevant to the position. The interview process takes between 2 weeks within each phase. Interviewing with different staff, including managers and executives

What are the disadvantages of RCT? And what would you respond to those
There was a written test given, and an interview was scheduled afterward. The questions weren't terrible, and the panel was friendly. It was a good experience, and communication was easy.
