Had a Stata Task and then a on screen interview. Stata task was timed and was not too bad. Interview was decent as well. They never got back even after emailing them about updates.

Q. behavioral question related to conflict in a group
3 interviews, relatively easy, one STATA test and motivation questions; the overall process was not really hard, knowledge of local context very appreciated.
Working here is sometimes stressful but a lot a meaning brings motivation.

Indicative of poor working conditions. I was offered a part-time job requiring a full -time commitment, what a joke. They seemed more concerned about showing their grant providers that they are working than about the work itself.

Entrevista
after submitting CV and transcripts and cover letter, successful applicants are contacted and asked to write a competency test. The test asks both quantitative (programming) and qualitative questions. If you pass the test you will be contacted for a first round interview. Then, if first interview is successful you will be invited to a final interview.
