Pretty intensive. At least 3-4 interviews. Deep knowledge accounting and finance required. Direct questions involving financial statements and scenarios. Analysis of business quality and comparative analytics. Have a stock pitch ready both long and short.

1st round = 45mins - 1 hr long (2 interviewers). Q's about job experience (need to convey experience properly and as per the correct structure for eg: if worked on a research report - need to be clear in terms of the format, process followed, valuation method, recommendation etc). Expect cross questions on the work done.
