1. Application online
2. Hirevue virtual interview with generic questions like "tell me about yourself"
3. Assessment centre (about 120 other people that day) with a 15 minute task with a few other candidates. Each candidate was sent an email with small pieces of information that candidates have to put together to figure out who is sitting where on a table and other details about the people, like what they're eating or drinking.
Thent here were 2 other interviews, one with a graduate software engineer, the other with a current apprentice. Basic questions like "why do you want this job?".
4. "Insight Evening" which was the following week and consisted of 4 x 15 minute interviews with senior members at JPM. There were around 60 other candidates at this point. This took about 2 hours due to the way it was organised.
Outcome email the following week, I got rejected with no feedback offered, which I found highly disrespectful considering how much time had been spent interviewing and preparing. They are mainly looking for enthusiasm for the role and I hoped that I'd expressed that enough but it would seem otherwise.
