1 month process in total- did Hirevue in first week of April and received the Superday first week of May. Had my Superday and received the offer the next day. Mostly behavioral questions. My number one recommendation and why I think I got the job even though I didn't have a lot of finance experience is because of being personable and likeable- try to connect with the interviewer about something. They said they liked my infectious energy

Why this industry? Tell me about a time you analyze a lot of data and came to a conclusion? (Got asked this by two different interviewers) What do you know about trade finance? How is blockchain being used in payments today? What motivates you to learn and how do you go about learning something new? Walk me through your resume What are some ways to raise capital for a bank? Tell me about a time you worked in a team Tell me about a time you failed Tell me your greatest achievement
Good interivew, the interviews were friendly, asked basic questions like introduce yourself, why this company, why this role, walk me through your CV, so on and so forth... It was a good conversation with both of the interviewers.

Entrevista
Interview process started with a hirevue of general behavioral questions then they flew me to New York for a super day that consisted of 3 back to back interviews around 20 minutes each. The in person interviews were 60% technical and 40% behavioral I think. The technical questions were mostly geared towards my experience on my resume so I am not sure if it would be the same for others.
