A phone interview, by a business person. The interviewer was very nice and seemed truly interested in my answers, was very engaging and positive. The questions were easy and pretty standard. Make sure to find some bonding points with the interviewer to make it easier.

I filled in basic info online then got links of video interview in two days. It was from hirevue and there were three questions. You are only allowed to try once but you can do practice interview as many times as you want to.
