The HR directly contacted me after applying through portal. 2 technical interviews, information about interview came in mail no telephonic communication of clearing any round. When i mailed to ask about my job status after 2 days they gave me test to complete. Completed test and mailed to reply soon as my lwd was around the corner. They called and asked about all the details told there is no further rounds and i cleared all rounds. What i didn't like is such reputed company asking you to join in existing offer and then leave when their process of offer creation which takes around 2-3 weeks is done, really? Or is it a way to show your superior/organization that you took the employee with minimum hike on the base salary? I said i will wait as it doesn't look nice to switch like that but they were not ready to release the offer matching my existing offer. Alas! Looks like it's not actually a professional company i was hoping it to be!

Interviewed with VP two weeks ago, after that no response from the recruiter about the interview or next steps still following up with the recruiter no response. At least I am expecting to get a response about the interview update.
