HR contacted me through naukri. After 1 week I had my interview scheduled and it was a virtual connect. The person who took me interview was really good and 45 min technical interview went on. I didn't had any bad experience throughout the interview process. At last while the meeting was about to get over interviewer told me "if all goes well will hope to meet u soon" ! Okay, That's the sweet words to end up the meeting and I knew that. Later comes the ghost mode. Its been 3 weeks I have not received and further notification from JP Morgan. I tried reaching out to the HR recruiter who had called me and I dropped follow up email to the associate mentioned along with my earlier emails regarding the interview process. No one bothered to reply back. Its fine if I don't get selected but I am not ready to get rejected in manners. Being a reputed company atleast to those whom ubare scheduling the interview you can show some courtesy to tell them "sorry you not selected" we won't keep hopes high and wait for your reply.
