Long process, days in between phone interview and one-on-one interviews. It is better to obtain some "inside" info from people who already work in the specific application/group/area. HR is impossible to negotiate from. Do not believe in any promises about bonuses- first year you may get almost nothing- it all depends on the manager. Document everything HR has promised in term of bonus in writing -otherwise it is not possible to confirm any agreement since the offer letter doesn't contain any bonus structure/percentage/amount.
