I applied through my school, was invited to do an online Hirevue interview, then went to the company for the final round of interviews at a super day. The super day was casual and informative. There was a discussion panel, followed by a lunch and two interviews: one technical and one behavioral.

Firstly job apps online and then hirevue (should be automatic) and then online superday. Superday consists of back to back behaviourals as well as a case study in the beginning

The interview process was pleasant, all taking place during the assessment centre. The interviewers were very friednly and comfortable. Overall a genuine interest was taken by them to allow me to express myself openly and clearly in a relaxed environment.
