I was called because an employee referred me to the position. My resume fit well with the job description. I was overly qualified for the position but it was a way into a great firm. I spoke with the Group Head, Manager, VP and other subordinates.

Had technical round, and recruiter never provided any update nor feedback.
When I approached recruiter for feedback, mail was never responded back.
Recruiter was never approachable nor responsive.Its better to go with referral, so that you can track the process.

The interview process is smooth and timely. The interviewers are also polite and eager to know the personality of the person joining their team. The feedback as well does not take that long for me to look for another posting online.
