Got a call from the HR reagrding the opening and below were my interview rounds, 1) Telephonic, first Technical round 2) Telephonic, second technical round 3) Telephonic, third technical round 4) Video conference call, fourth techno managerial round with VP of the project 5) Video conference call, last managerial round with VP from Banglore After passing all the rounds got rejected and the reason is last round discussion on salary. He asked me about expected salary and I told him. Next he asked me the reason about that much hike which I explained him clearly saying family health issues and difference in cost of living between Pune and Mumbai as I am staying with my mom and dad. But the outcome was, he started saying that my motivation is money and it may harm the other team members if I will give you that much hike. I tried to explain him that if my motivation would have been money then I could have changed companies in a gap of 2 yrs(having 6+ of exp) but no I haven't and now I am looking for the job bcz of sudden problems and I am the only person who is earning. In the end, discussion was over but with the same words which he said earlier. I tried to reach HR number of times by mail and call but no one has replied, finally from somewhere I got her cell number and after talking to her even she said the same words. I am happy that I am not a part of that team where manager is not able to understand the person and his problems.

The Process was quick and professional. Interview was scheduled, and within a couple of days it started. However due to audio issues from Interviewer side, it was hard to understand. However we went through and I answered their questions.
