Contacted by HR for initial screening where in they gather the data points(exp, ctc, ex ctc etc).
Next called to schedule interview round 1. Round was taken by hiring manager whom I would be reporting to. Round 2 was taken by an onshore counterpart. The process was initiated by Employee referral. The HR was extremely courteous and cooperative. She was very supportive and followed up whenever required and was also easily reachable for me. A superlative interview experience. Very professional interview.
