Incredibly unprofessional and inefficient HR given the sheer company size and scale.
Recruiters/coordinators ignoring basic questions in my emails, spelling my name wrong, CC'ing other people to answer questions that any recruiter should have already known and then subsequently not getting responses from those additional people as well.
Role involved interviewing with an offshore team that also seemed extremely unprofessional–VPs I interviewed looked like they were wearing dirty clothing and couldn't bother to find a better location for the interview so I watched as random family members walked back and forth for 30 minutes.
After 2nd round, was hit with position is no longer needed.

Interviewed with VP two weeks ago, after that no response from the recruiter about the interview or next steps still following up with the recruiter no response. At least I am expecting to get a response about the interview update.
Got contacted by an hr through LinkedIn and had a call the next day, was assured that a hiring manager would contact me soon to set up an interview. Got a response from them 2 weeks later, set up an interview with the developers. Ghosted after it.
