Two managers. One will ask questions, the other will write your answers. My biggest tip is look around the pub. Are they understaffed? Do staff seem to be friends? What are the customers like?

I submitted a CV and then I was shortly asked to come in for an interview to discuss my experience and skills. It was done in the Pub with two members of staff, who did make me feel comfortable, however I had to wait 30 minutes as they were behind schedule

We sat down in the seating area of the pub and I answered questions the interviewer asked and filled in on a sheet. It was quite quick and friendly. I was offered the job via phone call a couple hours later.

It was a fairly relaxed meeting, held in the location I had applied for with the general manager who asked pretty standard questions about previous experience and availability to work.
