It honestly felt like a conversation and not an interview. The interviewer definitely made me feel very comfortable immediately. We walked into a boardroom and I spoke to an HR manager then met with the actual person I'd be reporting to. Then I met the Team Lead who also was a charming guy that genuinely made me feel comfortable. As a whole the people skills they seemed to have was top notch.
