Super easy, I believe the Human Resources lady did most of the talking while the manager sat silently... does she even know what she's managing or was she trying to pick me apart in her head? was what I was thinking the entire time. I also had the liberty of meeting my soon-to-be supervisor who had just been promoted. If first impressions were everything I think she nailed it just in her manner of speech alone. The one thing that baffled me is this company has no pre-employment drug testing. After almost a year here, they need to reconsider!

The process was simple. I had an interview with HR then a follow up interview with 4 managers. They asked behavioral type questions. Ended the HR interview with a spelling test.
