Definitely the most thorough interview process I've ever had, but I made it through! It was 4 official interviews total, and 1 casual meeting where I met the current Assistant Manager and toured the property I was going to be overseeing. Great interviews, I don't normally like talking about myself, but the interviewers made it super easy and comfortable for me! It was also great to meet the COO within the process, let me know that the executive team really cares about who they hire to represent the company. I'm only rating the difficulty as difficult due to the amount of interviews and the time consumption.
