I have been contacted via LinkedIn from a recruiter who arranged a video call with the Senior HR Director (US). The call started nice and casual interactive with lot's of small talk. At the end of the call the HR Director asked and wanted a follow up meeting the next day which I agreed to. He never came back nor replied to my follow up mail. Disgusting and unprofessional . If you have such lazy people in HR..do yourself a favour and eval them first. HR should behave as the forefront of a company hiring people. This is not the case at Avanti imho.
