Then you are lead to Technical screening round, where you are checked for your overall experience and knowledge that the profile requires. Basic tricky questions to check the depth matches to your experience. You are then called for a face-to-face technical round which may also happen on skype if need be. This will be the toughest part where you are thoroughly scanned for your OOPS concepts and architectural talents. Finally after all this you will appear for HR round to discuss the compensations.
