It was very smooth and detailed. They actually take their time. The beautiful thing is that adequate notice is giving to shortlisted candidates. The interview is usually virtual and questions delves into the technical aspect of Islamic finance and transactions documentations. Knowledge of Arabic and industry experience gives added advantage.

It was a screening interview, and the interview was 25-30 minutes short with 2 panels asking you different questions. To reach this stage, I needed to wait for more than 9 months and it was so long and different timeline from what was announced on its website.
