Entrevista
The interview process starts with a technical interview conducted by experienced professors in your field of expertise. They will ask questions about your field and nothing to worry about. The second interview is the so-called general/ideological interview, where they ask you to read Quran, or whether or not you participated in the funeral of important state figures, or your political views on the government, and they start arguments for or against some perspectives.
