This was a pre-COVID in-person interview at one of the commercial properties. Very friendly team, positive experience. It was fairly informal, discussing ideas for marketing and onboarding new tenants, and how to keep tenant satisfaction high.

What are your ideas for marketing the property to future tenants?
The recruiter reached out to conduct the usual phone screen before forwarding my resume through to the managers at the office location I was applying at. Both rounds of interviews were about an hour long and mostly conversational and geared towards getting to know how your experience aligns with the associate position. Personality and appearance seems to play a role in the application process.

The interview was fairly straightforward and focused primarily on basic questions regarding my skills and experiences. The interviewer prioritized understanding my past experiences in customer service and how I handled various work situations.

Entrevista
You will have about 3 different interviews, pretty similar. First is with HR to get an understanding of your background, second is with the direct manager, and third is with a higher manager or director. Get a sense of how you can fit into property management and admin tasks.
